Zibqin, Lebanon. Zibqin is a small, isolated farming town perched on a rugged hilltop with views of Tyre and the Mediterranean Sea. Located just a few miles from the Israeli border, the rubble and billboards commemorating Zibqin's "martyrs" tell of the town's long embattled history with its southern neighbor. During the 2006 Lebanon War, 75 per cent of the houses were damaged and as the residents struggle to rebuild, they find themselves with a new neighboring community- the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
