Texas, USA. Yearning for better and safer lives, Iraqi refugees accept asylum in the U.S. only to find new difficulties as immigrants. 'Iraqi In America' is the result of a week-long documentary project that observes Iraqi families in their struggle to start new lives in their new homes.
